We are currently recruiting for an NPD Manager to join my client who are food manufacturer. They are a highly successful business who have a lot of exciting projects going on at the moment and this could be a great opportunity for you get involved with a Top-Secret customer manufacturing their private label product range of vegetable based convenience.

The role of NPD Manager will involve You will manage the new products launch projects, from the initial concept to industrialisation and launch in the factory plus also create and manage critical paths for each project, coordinating such project by liaising with colleagues, customers and service providers to meet agreed deadlines.

As a successful candidate you will be experienced in managing an NPD critical path process within an FMCG category whilst also dealing with key stakeholders externally and internally to ensure that all service levels are being adhered to.  

Ideally you will be very organised, be able to communicate at high levels and be commercially astute. You will have a passion for new and exciting products, and be genuinely exciting to see products you have helped create on the shelf!
