Online Account Manager

My client is a non food FMCG business based in buckinghamshire, the business have been operating for 15 years and has made a huge impact on millions of people around the world. The role as Online Account Manager is to provide support to the Head of Sales in growing sales in the UK Retail network on Online platforms. Responsibilities will include assist in managing key retail accounts, most notably, Amazon, Argos, Costco and develop New Business accounts working in partnership to drive sales and performance. The role will also cover assisting the Dormeo UK Website, co-managing our Social Media sites and also working closely with our Customer Service department at our Call Centre. The role is commercially focused and key element is to ensure that the Dormeo UK business achieves the growth and sales targets set.
Online Account Manager :
Commercially and customer focused to drive results to meet Sales targets across all accounts.
Passionate about products and selling the benefits to the customer
Knowledge of working on Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon Marketing Services platforms
Knowledge of A+Detailed Pages at Amazon
Knowledge of Social Media Platforms and being able to respond confidentially to customer queries
Fast learner and then make tasks into their way of working
Competent in managing Retail Accounts and meeting demands of UK Retailer Network
