A global FMCG business, with an SME sized business in the UK, are re-structuring their marketing department, and as such looking for two shining stars to come into the Brand Management team. The brand has masses of potential, not least because it is organic, and offers a rare opportunity to grow in what is a complex but lovely category.
As brand manager you will have the capacity and energy to get stuck into various assorted tasks. No two days will be the same, but will include instigating NPD, activating comms plans, driving awareness and scoping out opportunities for growth.
We are looking for some magic – fantastic organisational skills, strong project management, passion and enthusiasm, and a determination to get it right.
You will need 2-3 years in a consumer marketing capacity, but it doesn’t have to be food. Creativity is important, as is an ability to influence and go beyond the normal.
In addition, you will be working in a lovely rural setting, with a lovely bunch of people.
