The Role: The successful Business Improvement Manager will be responsible for managing existing accounts, selling to business owners, directors and general managers. You will be dealing with a wide variety of SMEs in sectors such as restaurants, retail, solicitors, florists and beauty salons, managing their retentions and cancellations. Full company and product training is provided and ongoing sales career prospects here are unrivalled.
The Company: One of the leading lights in the provision of industrial and commercial waste management and recycling services now seeks a new Business Improvement Manager in the East Midlands. They enjoy a sales turnover in excess of £1 billion and have nearly a century of expertise behind them, as well as offering excellent ongoing sales career opportunities.
For this Business Improvement Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Strong field sales experience
- A proven track record of managing accounts
- Energetic and mouldable candidates with a real hunger to succeed

- £24,000 - £28,000 Base Salary
- + £8,000 Commission
