Better Placed are delighted to be working in partnership with a global drinks business who have been going through a rapid period of growth and have the exciting position of National Sales Controller.

Truly ambitious growth targets to double the company size in the next 5 years with several brands approaching them to become their new distributor.

Focusing within the On-Trade Multiples & Prestige, you will be reporting into the Sales Director but with visibility to the CEO, Head of Marketing and various Brand Owners. An extremely flexible and innovative company with a strong portfolio of drink brands from around the world.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing the On-Trade customer base of high profile and sophisticated customers.
  • Leading the On-Trade sales team with influence across all sales teams.
  • Negotiate with customers ensuring optimum profile and return.
  • Full P&L responsibility
  • Ability to meet and liaise with High-End accounts


Key experience/abilities required:
  • SNAM, Account Controller, Sales Controller.
  • Evidence of commercial knowledge and experience.
  • Driven, ambitious and motivated to grow the On-Trade channel
  • MUST HAVE On-Trade experience


This is an excellent opportunity to join a global business with excellent potential to develop your career. This role is homebased however, a large majority on the account are London and the South so it would be beneficial for you to be Southern based.
