Role – Customer Business Manager – Grocery – Protein Snacking

Salary – Up to £60k (Dependent upon experience) + Car Allowance, Up to 50% Bonus and additional benefits.

We are currently searching for a Customer Business Manager to join my client who are a manufacturer of branded protein snacks. They are a small team in the UK with further workforce in Europe and the USA which is where the brand originated from.

The role of Customer Business Manager will involve expanding sales within the Grocery, Convenience or Discounter channels. You will be responsible growing sales and market share through developing successful strategies, JBP’s, and profit targets for the UK market.

As a successful candidate you will have a proven track record of increasing sales, maintaining and building excellent customer relationships, being well networked within the food industry.

Ideally you will be tenacious, ambitious and driven!! The perfect candidate will have an entrepreneurial edge and drive new ideas relating to business growth both in the UK. This is a highly autonomous role where you will have great flexibility but also the support and guidance of a passionate, highly-reputable business which a great story behind them!

You will also receive a generous and highly competitive basic salary (dependent on experience), bonus/commission, company car, pension and healthcare.
