This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading coffee businesses.  They grow and roast all of their own coffee sourced ethically from the world’s most renowned regions. The company produces a number of fantastic retail brands and also provides a full coffee solution including ingredients, equipment and on-going maintenance to the Out of Home channel. Their customer base ranges from the UK’s most instantly recognisable high-street restaurant brands and top grocery retailers to high-end fine dining establishments. They are now looking to recruit a talented National Account Manager to take ownership of their largest customer in the Quick Serve Restaurants channel.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Managing the company’s largest Quick Service Restaurant customer developing both Franchisee and Head office relationships
  • Effectively delivering upon pre-agreed coffee equipment and maintenance budgets
  • Taking the lead in customer service review meetings to improve upon the overall customer experience
  • Monitoring service and maintenance contracts to ensure they meet the core KPIs and identifying areas for improvement
  • Leading, managing and mentoring 2 Key Account Managers to achieve agreed targets
  • Work cross-functionally with all business functions including Sales, Operations and Technical to ensure processes are cost-effective and customer requirements are met
  • To create and implement key commercial plans to ensure profitability and facilitate growth across your customer base

In order to be considered for this exciting position it is important that you have strong experience working within the coffee industry OR have managed national quick service restaurant chains at head office level. You will be ambitious and determined to progress your career and have a true entrepreneurial spirit. You will have a flair for delivering the best in customer service and be confident networking within a large-scale national customer. Those with previous team management experience will be at an advantage but this is not a pre requisite!
