A highly desirable, fun and vibrant company based in central London are looking for a Commercial Manager for 2 of their Top grocery supermarket customers. The business has been in double digit growth and is taking the market by storm with their healthy brand of snacking!
Culture fit is very important - they're looking for a non-corporate, informal personality to help grow the brand within two very important customers.
- Manage, develop and grow the customer relationships.
- Be fully responsible for the P&L top to bottom of the accounts
- Build, negotiate & implement JBP's
- Alongside supply chain, own the demand forecast for each account
- Work with the category team feeding in information from the customer
- Ambition & high energy levels!
- Degree / Masters calibre
- Top 4 grocery experience
- High commercial awareness & analytical ability
- Ideally some formal negotiation training
