Commercial Development Manager – Income Generation
Location: Bellegrove Parade, Welling DA16 2RE
Status: Permanent
Salary: £40,000 negotiable
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary range: £40,000 negotiable

Working closely with the Hospice’s Senior Management and Income Generation Teams, you will be instrumental in creating and implementing new commercial and income generation opportunities to secure a sustainable future for the Hospice and enable year on year business growth, allowing us to improve and develop our services for the future.
You will be responsible for prospecting new commercial income streams and projects, bringing them to fruition; ensuring that they are adequately resourced to achieve maximum benefit and embedded into the core operations of the Hospice.
Experience of leading on the preparation of business cases and project management in the voluntary, public or commercial sector, allied with demonstrable experience of income generation, is essential. The ability to build effective and collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally is essential.
The post holder will be required to participate in the Senior Management On Call Rota.
