A global leader in beauty & cosmetic products with a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This business is quick to bring products to market and therefore need agile, entrepreneurial & commercially-minded marketers to drive brand growth.
The role:
The global marketing teams are going through a fantastic period of growth and are therefore keen to bring on product marketers to expand their talented teams. No two days will be the same - you could be:
- Through an in-depth understanding of the global beauty market you will be advising on new product concepts.
- Analysing recent launch performances and advising on introductions and discontinuations, along with analysing the launch of potential ranges in new markets.
- Look at the strategy, development & implementation of the category NPD calendar.
- Working on global pricing strategy and working with the global PR team on product releases strategy.
The person:

You should have a background in FMCG marketing with a focus on beauty, health or personal care categories, and have experience working in a global team.
