Senior National Account Manager – Top 4 Grocery

In this important role, reporting to the Sales Director, you will build a strong and sustainable business across the Top 4 Multiples for one of their key product categories. You will manage the category sales plan and form close relationships with your internal Marketing and Category Development colleagues. As in effect a Business Unit Manager, you will take full strategic responsibility for your brands and Top 4 Customers including joint business plans, NPD listings, negotiating terms and promotional activity. You will also get involved in broader strategic projects and form an important part of their team.
You are an experienced National Account Manager with broad commercial experience from within leading FMCG Businesses, but what stands out is your ability to form lasting relationships and get things done. You enjoy working with autonomy and being given the freedom to make decisions and create your own business plans and strategies. You are a self-starter, well organised with strong analytical skills and an ability to work as part of a team.
