This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s most innovative and exciting drinks companies. They have been experiencing phenomenal growth in recent years due largely to the quality of their products and their commitment to bringing revolutionary new products to market. With a growing range of juices, purees, syrups and mixers they already have excellent presence in the On-Trade and have recently expanded into the Grocery channel as well. They are now looking to recruit a talented National Account Controller to lead their On–Trade Route to Market team.  

As National Account Controller you will have ultimate P&L responsibility for the On-Trade Route to Market channel. You will manage the relationship at head office with Matthew Clark whilst also managing a team of 2 direct reports at NAE and KAM level. Your team will be focussed on key regional wholesale customers. You will work to develop the relationship with all On-Trade Route to Market partners and work closely with the wider internal team to unlock new business opportunities within the national On-Trade.

To be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have a strong understanding of the On-Trade RTM channel. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with Matthew Clark at head office level and be well networked within the business. It is also important that you are a strong leader and can evidence examples of developing team members. A strong knowledge of mixology and cocktails would also be advantageous. As an entrepreneurial business it is key that you have the confidence and gravitas to work autonomously and are happy to get involved in other areas of the business as needed.
