Job Details
The Commercial Sales and Marketing division of Exsurgo is recruiting a Commercial, Strategy and Planning Manager position for a leading manufacturing company based in the South East of England who sit within the personal care industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for a National Account Manager, Category Manager or Buyer to take a step into a commercial driven internal role to really develop their career within the FMCG sector. This is a great chance to work towards a future senior level role and offers a fantastic insight into this company.

The Role
Sitting within a team that leads the development of strategy across all their brands, this position entails working with multiple functions including marketing, supply chain and finance. This role delivers the commercial strategy and is the pivotal voice of the customer.
The Candidate
- 2+ years working in a commercial position within the FMCG sector in either sales, marketing, category or buying positions;
- Career driven and passionate about FMCG sector;
- Ability to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
The Package
- £45,000 - £55,000;
- Car Allowance;
- Bonus and Benefits.
