You will be responsible for business development and account management of the industrial product portfolio directly into industrial end users, the likes of manufacturing business or through mechanical contractors, managing Newcastle and surrounding regions.

As Business Development Manager (Industrial) you will be responsible for business development and account management of the industrial product portfolio directly into industrial end users, the likes of manufacturing business or through mechanical contractors, managing Newcastle and surrounding regions.

Profile

The successful Business Development Manager (Industrial) will have the following demonstrable skills:
  • Proven track record within B2B field based sales and account management, ideally within the electrical wholesale or industrial electrical wholesale space.
  • Experience selling industrial electrical products would be highly desirable or selling technical products into industrial end users/mechanical contractors.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, internally and externally.
  • Ability to journey plan and manage own diary.
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Outgoing, approachable and confident personality.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Flexible to cover Tyne and Wear and surrounding regions territory.


Job Offer

Up to £35k basic salary + bonus + company car + benefits
