The Business
A branded and own-label food manufacturer operating within one of the country’s fastest growing food categories is seeking to appoint a traditional category manager with a passion for analysis. They have an ambitious growth plans which will involve driving brand exposure and extending its reach into food to go categories.
The Role
Picking up the category management of discounters will be key to your responsibility. You will be expected to drive growth within the category with the insights you build stories from. You will be a category captain, using marketing insight to drive further grocer opportunities through NPD.
The Individual
To be successful you will be an experienced Category Manager who can demonstrate a deep understanding of category management within the ambient foods industry. You will enjoy working within a business with a family feel and have a passion for becoming part of the community. You have a naturally inquisitive approach where ‘Why’ and ‘How’ will be your favourite words and you will have an ambition and desire to ‘be the best’.
