National Account Manager- Food for a rapidly growing organic foods business on an upward trajectory. Reporting directly to the Account Controller, this role is working with a diverse portfolio of categories within healthy living.

Description



The National Account Manager will:

  • Optimise net sales, visibility and profitability through the assigned customers within agreed budgets & strategic guidelines




  • Deliver against all set targets and business objectives within assigned customers




  • Become the Channel & Customer expert




  • Exceed expectations whilst ensuring we outperform the Channel and Customer growth




  • Delivery of Channel & Customer KP across all key measures




  • Build a strong presence in the Category




  • Development and execution of Channel & Customer plans




  • Analysis and reporting as required internally and externally




  • Attend all necessary internal and external meetings as required










Profile





The National Account Manager will:

  • Have previous experience in managing national accounts




  • Have a proven track record in exceeding sales targets




  • Have first class communication skills




  • Be a strong negotiator




  • Be a self starter with the ability to think outside of the box




  • Have strong commercial acumen and judgement, making key business decisions




  • Be highly analytical, identifying new growth opportunities




  • Be passionate about health foods and healthy living


  • Be based in the South of England
