The successful Regional Account Manager will be responsible for the account management of independent bars and local bar groups in specific areas across the south east and south coast. Along with the management of local wholesaler and cash & carry companies. You will be in charge of developing existing customers as well as wining new business, leading conduit between the marketing team and customers on the ground, feeding back information on local events and marketing opportunities.

You must have a vibrant personality and not just view this at a 9-5 role. They are one of the biggest drink brands within the on-trade sector.

Description



Regional Account Manager:
  • Win new listings in key bars / groups across the stated region.
  • Develop existing business and ensure customer requirements are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Provide venue appropriate POS material for key bars.
  • Implement promotional plans with wholesaler partners and host sales days in local cash & carry
  • Deliver against a set journey plan and add to this plan as accounts change in the stated region.
  • Provide reports on the development of accounts within the stated region
  • Identify, capitalise on and feedback opportunities to develop brand sales across the region.
  • Collate and feedback competitor intelligence
  • Any other reasonable additional duties that may be required from time to time.

Regional Account Manager:

  • A team player with strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • High standard of administrative understanding and ability
  • An understanding of some or all of; Key bar groups , regional wholesalers and cash and carry customers
  • High levels of Drive, Passion and Energy and confidence
  • Understanding of P&L
