My Client have a new vacancy for a Business Development Manager. This is a field based Sales role of branded jewellery into large retailers, department stores and independents.

My client are a distributor of branded jewellery.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Business Development Manager include, but are not limited to:
  • Driving new business sales
  • Selling to retail sector - Department Stores and Independents
  • Self generating leads
  • Working with brands and retailers to introduce the right product to the right client
  • Educating customer base on the Brand and providing staff training/ merchandising where required




Profile

The successful Business Development Manager will have the following demonstrable skills and experiences:
  • Proven track record of sales of FMCG goods into the retail sector
  • Lead generation and building sales pipeline
  • Excellent client relationship management
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent Communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Incredibly well organised with impeccable time management skills
  • Full UK Drivers Licence
  • Please note: this role is a 3 days per week
  • My client Head Office based in North East England




Job Offer

Basic salary up to £30k DOE (pro rata'd for 3 days per week) plus car or mileage allowance
