About the Opportunity: 

National Account Manager - Premium Healthy Drinks Brand - Grocery

West London

  • £50,000 - £60,000 Basic Salary
  • Car Allowance
  • 20% Bonus

As a National Account Manager, you'll successfully create and implement JBPs, gain huge new listings, manage the P&L and the forecasting across the Top 4 Grocery Account Base. You'll create and maintain solid relationships with existing account contacts as well as opening new business and distribution within the National Accounts.  

It's a great opportunity to work alongside the Sales Director and the very commercial Senior Leadership Team where you'll get the chance to work directly with the founder of the business (who is perhaps one of the best mentors you could have) and with a real opportunity to progress to Channel Head with their support as the business continues to grow.  

Culturally, they really appreciate the strategic input of their team, so you'll be confident putting your hand up and bringing your ideas to the table. We need you to fully buy in to their BRILLIANT story and want to seriously own part of your own business within this award-winning team. 

This is a family owned business, so despite having some leading industry figures spearheading the new growth strategy they are very keen on retaining the positive and family feel ethos.  


About You: 

You'll need to have experience of:

  • Day to Day Account Management
  • Working on Grocery National Accounts
  • Full P&L Management delivering significant growth
  • JBP's & Promotional Calendars
  • Being a great relationship builder; getting results whilst being professional
  • Being an innovative thinker, confident in challenging the status quo and bringing new ways of working to the team around you and accounts you are working with. 

You will also:

  • Be someone willing to live and breathe their fantastic products and drive the business forward
  • Love the idea of a small business that are looking to continue their growth in the market
  • Be able to work at pace, take ownership and generally get things done.
