Finance Director, Hampshire, FMCG

This a great opportunity for a Finance Director to work with the business MD to further grow the Site.

We are seeking a Finance Director, reporting into the MD, to manage, control and report on the financial and operational performance of the business in an accurate and timely manner, while supervising and enforcing the finance controls within the business.

This is a strategic role working with the SLT to identify and exploit opportunities for growth through Commercial and Operational activities.

The ideal candidate must have a manufacturing background, ideally FMCG or Food Manufacturing. As a qualified Accountant you will have led the business finance function and teams.

Along with responsibility for the Statutory Accounting and Management Reporting, the main role of the FD will be to play an active business role to ensure the continued success of the Site.

My Client is a Global business with a great customer base who has manufacturing awards to its credit. The ideal professional will have a good understanding of UK and International accounting standards.

A key part of this role will be the interface with internal and external stakeholders, so we are looking for strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships.

This is a fast-paced business, so energy, passion and agility are a per-requisite.
