Graduate Sales Analyst - FMCG/Sales

London

£22,000 - £26,000 + benefits

A fantastic opportunity has opened for an ambitious individual to join the fast growing Sales FMCG team for a global leading beauty company. You will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of account promo plans, calendars and promotional activity. You will work closely with key sales and internal data to provide the Sales team with accurate information and support for the development of the brands. This is an exciting and varied role, which offers 100% involvement from Day 1. This is not a role on the side-lines – you will be a fully operational member of the team with the responsibility that goes with that, in line with the spirit of company

The Role:

  • Supporting the Sales team, with a keen eye for attention to detail
  • Coordinating samples for sending out to each account at key launch times
  • Coordinate, submit and evaluate account specific promotions and proposals
  • Liaising with the Marketing team to understand and implement the cosmetic promotional programme for all accounts
  • Production of stand update packs, managing coordination of this with the relevant Distributor and Merchandising Company
  • Working closely with cosmetics distributor, coordinating promotions, new listings, stock levels and dealing with other general queries;
  • Maintenance of sales databases for product codes and bar codes;

  • Able to demonstrate good attention to detail and level of accuracy
  • Organised in action, good organisational skills - able to manage priorities
  • Team Player Attitude, strong team player with ability to effectively listen, contribute and influence
  • Self-starter, ability to work with autonomy and use initiative on areas of specific responsibility;
  • Pro-active attitude and flexible approach
  • Able to demonstrate a keen passion to work in a Sales environment
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
  • Sound knowledge of Word, Outlook and Powerpoint
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
