An exciting Head of Marketing position has arisen for a leading, award-winning hotel based in Falmouth! Set in a desirable location, this is a real opportunity to be a key contributor to the re-launch of a whole new resort, holding responsibility for all Marketing across the business.

Having recently received significant investment for expansion, the organisation is seeking a credible Head of Marketing to join the long-term Senior Management team.

Description

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for:
  • Contributing heavily to the organisation's revenue targets for the business
  • Developing the organisation's brand reputation and business through all platforms
  • Building all marketing communications and strategy across the business
  • Drive multi-channel through traditional and digital marketing techniques
  • Leading a team, and effectively building the relationship between reservations and sales
  • Manage effective relationships with agencies and key partners
  • Controlling the marketing budget
  • Development and reporting of Marketing Business plans




Profile

The Head of Marketing will:
  • A demonstrable track record in Brand Marketing at a strategic level
  • Have proven success across Digital and Traditional channels
  • Have proven success in leading a Marketing team
  • Have a strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Be both creative and process-driven
  • Have effective communication skills
  • Ideally have worked within the Hospitality, Leisure and Travel sectors
  • Be based in Cornwall, or looking to relocate to the area
