The Role:

In this role you will have full P&L responsibility for delivering Sales and Margin growth with key strategic customers (Top 4 Grocery) as well as developing new business opportunities.

This role will allow you to achieve your commercial potential through a combination of creative customer management, complimented with high levels of attention to detail.

• Delivering Excellent Customer Service as Standard with named customers, developing ownership of the customer strategy.
• Full P&L ownership and jointly responsible with Marketing and Finance for the creation and delivery of the category strategies.
• Delivering Category enhancing NPD
• Delivering company values

• Proven track record of success within Sales
• Minimum of 5 years FMCG Account Management experience
• Highly numerate & computer literate
• Strong understanding of P&L
• Passion for Food

• Resilient and tenacious
• Desire to build the businesses
