Our client is successful medium sized food manufacturer, they have a high quality range of products created for the foodservice sector. They have a strong presence and reputation UK wide and have established themselves a leader in their category.
Business Development Manager
There is a vacancy for a talented BDM to join the Commercial team.
The business is looking to increase their presence with the Regional and Independent QSR/End User Customers.
The target customers are Medium and Small sized Restaurant Chains, Catering outfits and Fast Food and QSR businesses.
The businesses excels with larger wholesalers so the idea is the have a strong BDM wining new business and improving the ‘pull through process’.
The products are best in their category and will work exceptionally well with this target market.
The BDM will be involved in NPD and menu development. A passion for food and creativity in this are will prove essential
- Proven track record of business development within foodservice sector.
- Self-starter who is well organised.
- Ideally some exposure to npd and menu development.
- Excellent communication skills.
What’s on Offer
- £35-45k + car allow + bonus + benefits.
The position is a mix of office and field based. Must be based within an hour of NW England office.
