FMC Country Manager for UK and Ireland

In this senior role, the Country Manager is responsible for all aspects of the FMC business in the UK and Ireland.  Working through the commercial and technical teams the successful candidate will drive the necessary strategies to ensure the agreed financial performance is achieved. 

Candidates will need to demonstrate broad marketing and sales experience and success in the Agribusiness sector or related industries.  There is a need for strong leadership, well developed interpersonal and communication skills. Also, there is the requirement for outstanding people management, customer service and motivational traits. Working closely with functional managers, technical development, registration and HR, the Country Manager will ensure that customers receive a comprehensive service and full support.
