About Our Client:
Based in Lincolnshire, our client is a large and well regarded fresh food business who are looking to bring in an experienced and effective commercial manager to manage one of their key accounts. They are an innovative and dynamic business operating in a very fast paced environment. With a great reputation for quality they serve a variety of customers and food retailers with a variety of fantastic products.
You will utilise your commercial account experience in the day-to-day management of one or more of their key supermarket accounts. You will work with category teams to analyse customer data and market trends in order to drive change necessary for overall benefit and results. You will ensure good and effective communication between the company and the customer, acting as the key point of contact. Working closely with the procurement team to ensure the supply chain is as efficient as possible.
Will have had lots of experience working with retailers ideally in a fresh / chilled food role.
Will have a proven track record of delivering account growth with the major supermarkets.
Will have impeccable communication skills in order to keep various parties informed and updated.
Will have strong negotiation skills in order to manage the customer's expectations.
