David Brailsford former Performance Director of British Cycling believed in a concept that he referred to as the aggregation of Marginal Gains He explained it as the 1 percent improvement in everything you do i.e. if you do 10 things 1 percent better you will be 10% better at doing what you want to do.
Isn't that what we're all trying to do in all aspects of life when striving for perfection or as close to perfection as humanly possible? So there's no wonder that Sports Nutrition is one of the fastest growing categories out there right now. Anything to make us harder, better, faster, stronger?
I am working in conjunction with a major player in the sports nutrition space. They're looking for a Head of Marketing who shares their passion for making a difference and performance driven goals.
They're looking for the person with an entrepreneurial attitude who is willing to feel the burn when it comes to making their business the number one choice for any gym goer.
This Head of Marketing role will require you to:
-Write the Brand Strategy
-Develop a communications schedule based on consumer insight
-Implement and develop ATL media plan
-Build a team
You will already need to be:
-A Senior Brand Manager or Marketing Manager at the absolute top of your game
- Be passionate about sport, nutrition and wellbeing
-Have experience in ATL
- Have experience in Food/Supplement/Sports Marketing
