If you have an optical background, this is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest and most innovative ophthalmic lens companies in the business.

THE ROLE: As an Account Manager, you will be selling a portfolio of ophthalmic lenses into independent opticians in your area. Although this is mostly an account management role, there will be an expectation for a small amount of new business development. About a third of your time will also be spent delivering product training to your accounts.

THE PERSON: Ideally a Qualified Dispensing Optician, however consideration will be given to candidates that have a good working knowledge of the optical industry. You may currently be working in a practice environment or be field based selling into Opticians. You will be results orientated, a great relationship builder and have the ability to grow and develop with the business.

THE COMPANY: With an excellent reputation in the optical industry, our client has enjoyed double digit growth over the last few years and has an exciting growth strategy going forward. They are one of the leading ophthalmic lens manufacturers in the world.

  • Basic: £30,000-35,000
  • OTE: Up to £65,000
  • Car: Company Car
