As a result, we're looking for their next entrepreneurial and health food passionate recruit into the UK National Accounts Team as a Senior National Account Manager.

A Senior National Account Manager opportunity on Top 4 Grocery with one of the most talked about and revered business in the category, you'll have full account responsibility and you'll work in close partnership with top 4 retailers rather than just managing transactional relationships. The P&L will belong to you and visibility is high as you'll be managing 90% of the UK business turnover. This is all about scaling and seeing the bigger picture, they have a realistic yet ambitious growth plan which you will ultimately drive. 

This role is part of the senior leadership team in the European business and brings the added responsibility of forming the culture of the business, with an opportunity to be heavily involved in developing the structure of team coaching & mentoring them. 

 

About You: 

You need to be a National Account Manager/Senior National Account Manager with extensive experience of managing top 4 grocery multiples in FMCG.

  • Blue chip training background
  • Top 4 grocery retail experience
  • Full JBP experience and multi level buying contacts
  • Category experience is a huge bonus
  • Ability to work at pace and flex your style to match the agility of the business
  • Full P&L responsibility
  • Desire to make the world a better place with fantastic food
  • Real consumer focused style of working


You need to be a real team player to help drive the business forward significantly and truly coach and mentor your team to win. Most important of all are your passion & interest in making a difference in the health food & free from market.
