Business Development Manager - Coffee + Vending - £30-35K Basic + 10K OTE + Car

The Role: Attending 5 meetings per week, the new Business Development Manager will be responsible for prospecting new business sales. Supported by the telesales team who will book 50% of your meetings, you'll be targeting the healthcare market; NHS hospitals, trusts & facilities management companies. Based from home you will cover the entire South East & M4 corridor, typically dealing with catering managers & purchasing department.

The Company: A large regional supplier with a family feel, our client has won awards for innovation & sustainability. Established for over 50 years, they have developed relationships with leading drinks brands, offering HoReCa, retail, education, automotive, healthcare, leisure & catering customers a range of vending solutions; tea & coffee beans, capsules, syrups, cold drinks, confectionery & snacks. Available for sale, lease & hire purchasing.

For this Business Development Manager role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Must have field sales experience
  • Stable track record
  • Dealt with long lead times
  • NHS/tender experience would be advantageous
  • Driving license


Benefits of this Business Development Manager role:
  • Up to £35,000 basic salary, plus £10,000 commission year 1
  • £20,000 commission year 2
