My client are recruiting for a part - time Business Development Manager. This role will be 3 days a week, Field Sales into retail customer base - anything from large department stored to independents.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Business Development Manager include but are not limited to:
  • Driving new business sales
  • Selling to retail sector - Department Stores and Independents
  • Self generating leads
  • Bringing new Fashion/ Jewellery products to market
  • Working with brands and retailers to introduce the right product to the right client
  • Working across multiple retail channels


Profile

The successful Business Development Manager will have the following demonstrable skills and experiences:
  • Experience selling within the fashion or jewellery industry is a must
  • Background in selling into the retail sector
  • Lead generation and building sales pipeline
  • Proven track record of driving new business sales
  • Excellent client relationship management
  • Experience working in FMCG sector
  • Excellent Communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Incredibly well organised with impeccable time management skills
  • Looking for a part-time role - 3 days a week
  • Commutable to Newcastle upon Tyne


Job Offer
