The Role: The new Business Development Manager will be selling in a purely new business capacity, dealing with both private and public sectors; you could be talking to the finance director of a corporate, a fleet manager within a commercial company or an operations manager in a local authority for example. With accounts retained once established, this is a great company in which to benefit from a superb uncapped commission scheme.

The Company: Part of a hugely successful group with a pedigree stretching back nearly a century, our client is a mid-market player now looking to expand. They offer flexible contract hire and car leasing services with over 10,000 vehicles on the road in the UK, and now seek a new Business Development Manager in the Midlands.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong field sales skills
  • You must come from a contract hire or vehicle leasing sales background
  • Experience of B2B or B2C vehicle rental
  • Hungry candidates with excellent relationship building skills
