On-Trade Drinks Account Manager

Edinburgh

Due to winning several new business contracts the company is now looking for an On-Trade Account Manager to manage a number of existing On-Trade customers, along with developing new business.

Role
  • Expand the business internationally through developing relationships with existing customers with a view to winning contracts in countries such as France, Germany, Italy and Spain.
  • Manage and grow existing major customer relationships through increased product penetration and increased user engagement.
  • Collaborate with implementation and customer success teams to ensure successful rollouts
  • Develop senior level relationships through strategic insights and consulting.
  • Line manage, support and develop our Account Management team - 1x Customer Success Manager and 1x Customer Support Executive
  • Focus on improving the account P&L with the aim of increasing profitability and cash flow.


Person
  • Should have a minimum of 4 years account management experience
  • Be an On-Trade Drinks industry expert
  • Able to travel internationally on a regular basis
  • Track record of developing new business and managing major clients
  • Keen interest in technology and the use of software to increase business efficiency
