About The Opportunity:
National Account Manager – Super Cool Global Snacking Business
- £45,000 - £55,000 Basic Salary
- 20% Bonus
- Car Allowance

We’re adding to the Grocery team head count and looking for a National Account Manager to take some real responsibility and grow your account base with minimal input from the senior team.
Some insight into your first 30/60/90 days:
You’ll be given full responsibility for the Northern Retailers (ASDA/Morrisons) which are by far highest potential areas of growth for the business in the Grocery division.
With 100% growth gained in the Grocery channel in less than 12 months this is a very fast paced environment and you to have “on your toes thinking”.
Some key duties will be:
- Full P&L responsibility for ASDA and Morrisons
- Have control over the growth strategies and work with both the Marketing and Insights team to create the best JBPs for the business
- Full exposure to Head Office Buyers
- Conducting promotional plans and build, implement and follow through the JBP’s
- Work with marketing to devise impactful activation campaigns both in store and out of the streets
- Help devise a Shopper initiative to complement the already aggressive marketing campaigns
- A real passion for Food
- Constant NPD require new listings and lots of product testing.
We’re looking for a National Account Manager with prior experience of dealing with UK Grocery.
We need engaging people at Junior National Account Manager or National Account Executive level to step up and rapidly accelerate your career.
This is perfect for those who have an exposure to customers, P&L and ultimately want more of that. The support is here for candidates who don’t necessarily come from a food background to make the transition, so category experience is less important here.
