The Business
Our client is a UK based FMCG business working across the top multiples. They are known for operating across brand and own label across multiple food categories.
The Role
The responsibilities of the role will include data analysis enabling the creation of effective category strategy and reviews. In addition, ensuring the category is well represented and that continual relationships are met with the retailer. The Senior Category Manager will report directly to the Sales & Marketing Director.
The Individual
The successful Senior Category Manager will have at least five years’ experience in a category facility and have ideally been exposed to working with one of the top multiples. They will possess analytical skills and a strategic mind in order to have successfully carried out strategic reviews in the past. This role would suit a career-minded individual looking to progress to Category Controller and later to Director level.
