As part of the talented Head Office team, you’ll need plenty of drive and determination to get involved and manage your Accounts. With Field Sales or Key Accounts experience you understand how FMCG companies engage with customers and you enjoy developing strong relationships. In this environment no two days are the same, so your flexibility and planning skills will be tested. This will also provide you with an opportunity to develop your career and learn new skills.

My client is the market leader in their sector and they offer a portfolio of innovative products and solutions to their FMCG customers. They have impressive field sales and software solutions which help companies to more effectively target their field sales teams and to grow profitable sales. They have loyal and strong customer partnerships and you will build on this success and strengthen their Account team.

Day to day you will work closely with your customers and also help them to implement projects and initiatives. You will use your engaging personality to broaden customer contacts at all levels and be comfortable working with field sales teams. You’ll also contribute to Head Office meetings and be exposed to senior stakeholders. Technology plays an integral part of this business and you must be interested in how that impacts on the success of a business.
