Two Territory Sales Managers
Flexible base x1 North and x1 South
Basic depending on experience £25-35k + bonus, new account commission, car & benefits
We have been working with our client for the past seven years, watching their substantial sales growth develop almost out of the ground, up to a planned c.£55m turnover business group forecasted for 2018. Led by a highly inspirational Managing Director they have successfully shaped and implemented the business strategy across a broad range of dynamic product categories, achieving this growth both organically and through acquisitions. Part of this success has been achieved with their food brand distribution division who sell a range of branded quality food products direct to a broad range of independent retail customers across the UK.
As part of their continued vision for growth they now wish to attract two highly motivated and hard working Territory Managers who are able to professionally manage their business territory, achieve existing account new sales opportunities, as well as focussing on opening profitable new trading accounts which will be well recognised and rewarded.
Above all they are looking for two high performing sales target driven individuals who want the opportunity to directly manage trading accounts within a business, where their achievements will be rewarded and also have the clear opportunity to progress up the commercial career ladder in the future.
To be considered for these roles candidates should currently be working in a territory management (BDM, BDE, Sales Exec.) functional role for a recognised FMCG branded business with experience of selling into the independent retail sector with either direct sales or national account agreement implementation responsibilities. You could be ready to make your first career development move into territory management, or be a more experienced territory management professional looking for a new sales management challenge. Either way, you will need to demonstrate a clear track record of sales target/KPI performance achievements together with a highly driven and personable style capable of strongly developing both existing accounts and new trading accounts business.
