Role – Travel Consultant

Salary – Up to £25k (Dependent upon experience) + 23 Days Holiday + Pension + Healthcare

Leeds (role is based in the city centre)

My client are a well-trusted corporate travel partner to some of the most well known companies in the UK. They are the only travel company to put you in touch with a variety of diverse suppliers to deliver real results to their clients.

They are on the look out for Travel Consultants to join the team. Ideally you will have experience of business travel booking processes and GDS knowledge is essential (preferably Sabre).

This a very customer focused role so excellent customer service skills will be needed when you are handling travel enquiries via telephone and email making sure you are being adaptable dependent on the type of clientele you are dealing with. A lot of the time you will be inputting detail so ensuring that you are paying attention to the details at each step of the booking process and logging that on the appropriate system.

You want to create long-lasting relationships so building rapport with customers and communicating with them effectively and listening to their needs will enable you will provide a travel solution to them with the market knowledge and skills that you have. 

All of this will be done inline with the company’s specific missions, visions and values.
