It is part of a group of companies which includes Eat Natural (the market leading fruit and nut bars), R M Curtis & Co Ltd (a major UK producer and importer of dried fruits, nuts and seeds), Fielding Dairies (a contract packer of fruit juices, smoothies and juice drinks in bottles). As a result of our growth and expansion, we are looking for a bright, articulate and ambitious Sales Support Administrator to join our successful and highly driven team.

The role includes:

  • Producing reports using Microsoft Word and Excel for our National Accounts Team.
  • Sales analysis
  • Brand management support (use of social media, i.e. Facebook, Instagram etc)
  • Collating product sample packs and distribution
  • Close liaison with Sales Managers regarding customer buying status
  • Assisting in project management of new product launches
  • Administrating the setting up of new customers, including the co-ordination of setting up accounts, and new product forms to ensure all aspects of the sale process runs smoothly
  • Telesales support

You will be a commercially astute graduate and an entrepreneurial operator, able to work closely with the sales force and Directors. An excellent communicator, you will be able to work effectively and liaise with cross functional teams within the business.

Crucially your ability to work independently and on your own initiative is essential. Proven and ideally current relevant experience in the food and drink sectors is preferable but not essential. The role will be office based and will involve some manual handling.

A full UK driving licence is required, along with proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
