Non-Exec Director - ambitious SME, healthy snacking & beverages - salary / minor equity opportunity
With a pioneering and truly innovative offering addressing an obvious gap in the healthy snacking arena, the business we represent is catching a lot of attention at the moment.
Having recently completed a second round of investment, they are about to embark on an ambitious growth plan, so have asked us to source a Non-Exec Director able to advise them around a key element of their commercial strategy.
Still very much in its infancy at this current moment, they plan to achieve scale via a subscription business model, at least to begin with.
We’ve therefore been asked to identify senior level candidates with strategic level experience, in branded, fast-growth businesses to support them on their journey.
It is essential that any applicant is able to demonstrate experience of driving scale within similar subscription business models.
The company is based in London, which is where you will be required when involved with board meetings etc.
Whilst the business is happy to agree a salary for the role, they are also open minded to offering a minimal equity stake to incentivise and adequately reward the successfully appointed candidate when they reach the stage of sale.
