Fantastic Senior National Account Manager role with one of the most exciting businesses in the Health & Wellness market. Looking after Amazon Europe, offering autonomy, fast paced career development and across a number of different categories!
With a new SLT, they are going through an exciting step change in ambition and culture. There is huge investment being strategically allocated into the Ecommerce space. This is to inject pace and dramatically upskill the digital capability of this business to smash their competitors, driving growth while retaining their SME way of operating.
Constant NPD and renewed focus on their core brands are driving them forward. YOY double digit growth has led the need for additions to their already highly talented Account Management team.
This business is family owned, turning over £150million with headquarters in the UK. Their SL Team is second to none with some of the best people from H&B and wellness at the forefront of everything they are doing. There is no hierarchy with these guys and you will be mentored by the team on a daily basis.
Whilst still being an SME, they boast brands that have a great standing in the market, this combined with their ability to retain agility as a small business means they can act at speed which is proving to be hugely successful. The foundations are set - we just need you!

About The Opportunity:
Senior National Account Manager - Amazon Europe
- £55,000 - £65,000 Basic Salary
- Company Car
- 20% Bonus
- Healthcare & Pension
We’re looking for big personalities with true passion for FMCG & Account Management & ECommerce. You’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple categories, being the key interface with the customer and as Tier 1 supplier.
It’s a great step up for a National Account Manager, giving exposure to the Senior Leadership Team and fast progression routes to Sales Management.
You’ll have full responsibility for taking the strategic lead from the UK perspective for Amazon, their key strategic and highest growth account. Couple this with the fact your work will be viewed as best practice for the .com bricks and clicks business it provides you with some super exposure.
You’ll be heavily involved with the global teams on brand execution strategy and allocation of marketing budget and managing your full P&L. In addition, you’ll be managing at least one direct report.
This is a business-critical hire for the business, the account is in a fantastic place and needs bi-weekly meetings with Buyers to make sure the JBP is adhered to.

You have got to have Amazon experience in a commercial capacity there are some other nice to haves below so let us know if you have what it takes!
- Commercial FMCG or Amazon Vendor Management experience
- Experience in Food/Drink/Consumer Product/ H&B all relevant for this.
- Strong working knowledge of Online/digital Amazon & e-commerce
- AMS. AMG, Vendor Central, ARA experience
- Keyword optimisation knowledge
- Image optimisation is key
- Proactive, passionate, keen to learn, team player
- Excellent communication skills – able to communicate ideas concisely and confidently
- Have significant internal relationship building experience as the teams are close knit and need to be in this constantly changing environment
- Demonstrate competence in data analysis Kantar, IRI etc.
- Possess exceptional IT skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Drive to progress and progress quickly
