The Role: Based in the Midlands, the successful Business Development Manager will be selling to mid-market customers in a new business focused role; speaking to facilities managers, health & safety directors, business owners and logistics directors in sectors including retail, manufacturing, logistics and aerospace. You will benefit from full training and excellent career development opportunities as well as a lucrative uncapped commission scheme.

They offer a full range of consulting services with a focus on fire risk, health & safety and electrical testing, and are now looking to expand their sales team with this search for a new Business Development Manager.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong field sales skills
  • A track record of new business sales is essential
  • You will have a strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
