National Account Manager - Contract Catering
Our client is a leading soft drinks business, with a number of market leading brands within the portfolio spanning multiple categories and supported with a strong pipeline of innovation. They have delivered outstanding growth over the last few years, well ahead of the market, and are well poised to continue this, both with a strong strategy and a portfolio able to combat the sugar tax.
Due to the impressive double digit growth in the contract catering channel, the business is looking to appoint a National Account Manager to the already highly successful team. You will take responsibility for a number of the largest contract caterers, with the portfolio split based on your experience, and drive the business to achieve even greater levels of success. Supported by a field sales team, your role will be to drive the commercials in particular through growing the range and distribution points through strong relationship building skills.
You must be an experienced operator selling into contract catering sector coming from one of the UK’s leading food and drink manufacturers. You will be adept at building strong relationships and have a can-do attitude and enjoy working in an environment where you can make things happen quickly. You will be strong commercially and use your trade contacts to leverage opportunity through the strong portfolio available and the pipeline of innovation coming through. Ideal location would be England/south due to the location of the head offices of the key contract catering customers.
