This is a unique opportunity to join a premium food brand at its infancy and lead the growth of the brand in the UK and Internationally.
My Client has created and manufacturers premium quality food products. They are at a point in its evolution that we require an MD to take that business forward.
We are looking for an MD who has already established credentials and success in growing food brands. Ideally you will have led a food manufacturing business.
You will be entrepreneurial but have the track record of taking a young food brand into adulthood, including International expansion.
This is a branded food product, already with listings within Retailers and Foodservice. Therefore the ideal person will have strong relationships with Customers and be able to identify the triggers to take the business to the next level.
The role comes with full P&L, Marketing, Commercial and Operational accountability. You will lead the Senior Leadership Team and report into the CEO and Founder.
The culture of this business can be defined by the passion that the teams have to deliver exceptionally high quality products.
The MD will come from a branded food manufacturing background, either Commercial, Marketing or Operational bias.
