LeisureGrow is a family owned market leader in the Garden Furniture, Barbeque, Christmas Lighting, Garden Lighting and Growing Media sectors, serving traditional garden centres, gift shops, electrical retailers, department stores, multiples and mail order retailers.    

Job Description:

This Area Sales Manager role is home and field based with occasional travel to the office for sales meetings and customer visits as well as attending various trade shows throughout the year. This is a regional role and will be a mix of maintaining and developing existing accounts as well as a strong focus on opening new accounts.

We are committed to working with our retail partners to enhance our LG Outdoor, Grillstream, NOMA Christmas, NOMA Garden Art and Erin brands and to develop our business through innovative, dynamic and quality products, marketing, effective merchandising and total customer support.  The Area Sales Manager will be expected to work with our retail partners across the region to achieve the best results for both customer and company alike.

The Person:

The successful candidate would need to have experience selling products in the Garden and/or Christmas sector and ideally working with clients on the area already.

 Other attributes will include:

  • Have experience in sales and the development of new business
  • Be hungry and driven for progression and be a complete sales professional
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the marketplace and have the ability to identify opportunities
  • Be customer focussed and be able to offer an exemplary customer service
  • Have excellent relationship building skills and capabilities
  • The ability to work on your own initiative as well as being part of a larger, interactive organisation
