National Account Manager – Healthy Snacking ( New Channels )
£35,459 to £49,879 Basic plus bonus plus company car
Our client has engaged us to identify and recruit an outstanding individual to capitalise on their already successful range of healthy snack bars. The company’s head office is in Holland, however they are due to open a UK office here in Leeds which will be fully operational by the end of June, offering both office and distribution facilities. The company’s commitment to the UK is substantial, and is backed by a £ multi-million investment.
Although you would be asked to manage a number of ( existing ) High Street retail accounts, the main thrust of your activity will be spent on new business activities. The product lends itself to multi-channel distribution, and your initial input will be very much to set strategy and identify opportunities within the various different channels. You should definitely be a creative thinker with a high level of business acumen and creativity, as well as something of a business strategist !
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will ideally be from a similar impulse category ( snack bars or confectionery or soft drinks for example ) and you should be located somewhere along the M62 corridor ( between Liverpool and Hull ideally ).
In return for your dedication and effort, our client is prepared to pay a basic starting salary of between £35,459 to £49,879 plus bonus plus company car.
There will be extensive UK travel, and occasional visits to the HQ in Holland.
