National Account Manager

Are you operating within Food Service and looking to secure a new opportunity?  This National Account Management role offers some serious growth and looking for an individual who is also hungry for development and can get behind the ambition of getting their brand and products onto every plate in Food Service!

This is a home based contract to operate for an FMCG business who can offer the best of both worlds in relation to autonomy and the freedom to deliver, as well as the opportunity to progress, collaborate and develop within a larger FMCG organisation.  A balance which is hard to strike.  A food manufacturer who have a number of operations in the UK and a portfolio of both brands and PL.

Due to internal promotion, a new NAM is required who can bring energy, enthusiasm and ambition who can think differently to win in the wider Food Service channel.  You will walk into a stable portfolio which includes customers such as Bidfood, Compass, Brakes etc. however there is large proportion of the role focused on wining new business.  QSR, pub groups and leisure being on the agenda!

You can expect a traditional role in terms of responsibilities, P&L responsibility, JBP negotiation, price management, profit enhancement etc.

Successful candidates will hold FMCG, Food Service, Account Management/ Development experience however more interestingly, this FMCG business is more about attracting the right individual on culture fit who has high energy, desire to win and proven at developing new business and relationships.
