The National Account Manager opportunity has arisen due to internal promotion and now looking for an individual who has talent, passion and drive to take the role to the next level.  You will be responsible for a mix of Wholesale and High Street accounts including the likes of Booker, Bestway, WHSmith, Boots etc.  You can expect all the usual responsibilities that sit within a NAM role including forecasting and shaping JBPs as well as winning new business.  The role also comes with one direct report.

 

Successful candidates will already be operating within the FMCG arena and have experience of managing a P&L working at head office level.  Preferred attributes for the position look like this:

  • High energy, ambition, ‘go getting’ nature
  • Classical training gained in a blue chip FMCG business
  • Tenacity, tenacity, tenacity
  • Hungry or success
  • Displays confidence, assertiveness and persuasiveness

If you’re keen to move into an SME to make an impact outside of blue chip corporate or indeed just ready for a new challenge this could be for you!  You need to be able to commute into London and be ready for pace and a business which needs YOU to make a mark!
