The role as Senior Key Account Manager will drive existing relationships across the UK Retail & Trade accounts with a market-leading brand looking to grow their strong UK set-up.

As a leading manufacturer, they have a strong UK footprint within the Retail & Trade landscape and have carved a nice and constantly evolving product area across various categories, to help them achieve market leading recognition.


As Senior Key Account Manager, the successful candidate will handle the following roles & responsibilities;
  • Manage Key accounts including B&Q, Screwfix, Toolstation & other key industry retailer & trade market sectors
  • To optimise net sales, visibility and profitability through the assigned customers within agreed budgets & strategic guidelines
  • To deliver against all set targets and business objectives within assigned customers
  • Become the customer and category expert
  • Exceed expectations whilst ensuring we outperform the market and customer growth
  • Work alongside marketing & operations in defining customer journey & successful industry relationships


The successful Senior Key Account Manager will have the following skills criteria;
  • Experience within the Consumer sector
  • Knowledge & Experience of B&Q, Screwfix, Toolstation would be advantageous
  • Ability to deal with multiple National & Key Accounts
  • P&L experience and ability to handle JBP responsibilities
  • Exceptional face to face and a strong relationship builder
  • Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal
  • Ability to work as part of a wider team
  • Commutable across the West Midlands & wider Midlands area
