This International Health and Beauty business operates in around 80 countries, owning and manufacturing an array of OTC and cosmeceutical brands. They distribute across the high street in such accounts as Boots, Superdrug, Lloyds, as well as independent pharmaceutical chains. With a small subsidiary in the UK where around 12 employees are based, they have a close nit culture where all work extremely cross functionally.
As UK & Ireland Key Account Manager you will be responsible for all accounts, building and implementing strategies throughout the retail channel. This is a pivotal role within the company as you will also support the Sales Director to develop the whole sales team. You will build successful working relationships with key buyers to both grow existing accounts and bring additional accounts into the business. In addition, you will work cross functionally with all departments to achieve your agreed KPIs.
The successful candidate will have a strong background within the Pharmacy channel as well as experience working with Boots and Superdrug. Additional experience within department stores is desirable. It is also important they have a strong knowledge of the health and cosmetics industry. This is a highly analytical customer facing position therefore a personable and commercial individual would be best suited.
